Attention
Appointments needed by veterans to
sit with Michael to discuss paperwork and your
necessities. Appointments will be one hour in length
maximum.
All paperwork has to be ready for review at the time of
the appointment,
or appointment will have to be rescheduled.
Appointments will be scheduled by the following times:
Mondays and Wednesdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
Friday from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m.
Paperwork required prior to appointment:
DD214 or Form 256 (If
not available, bring VA card or proof of
military service.) If you do not have proof which you
have served
in the military and you are a veteran, call prior, so we
can order the
paperwork prior to your appointment.
