Milford Rotary Donates to No Vet Left Behind, Inc.

No Vet Left Behind, Inc. is a non-profit organization that is dedicated to helping our veterans in
needs, whether it is providing them with a few articles of clothing or helping to get them off of the streets; we do everything in our power to assist them.  Many of our returning soldiers need our help when making the transition from the military back into our common society.  They may need assistance in finding a job, a home, or they require additional medical attention.  In order for our organization to help our fellow brothers and sisters, we need the continuing help of you and the rest
of the community.  There are over 3,000 homeless veterans on the streets of Connecticut alone.  These are the men and women who dedicated their lives to fighting for our country and our
freedom.  We must take action and help them, as they have done so much for us.

What we are asking of you is to reach out and grab a veteran's hand and donate to our cause in assisting our fellow brothers and sisters.  Our organization, twice a year has a Stand Down for veterans and returning soldiers and their families. We do this to ensure that they have what they
need for the seasons, we also provide other services at this event. Our organizations goal is to transition veterans and return soldiers back into society.  What we are asking of your organization
is a donation of clothing, or whatever  you may be willing to give.  This is fully dedicated to our veterans and deployed soldiers and their families to provide them what necessities they need throughout the months. We are seeking donation from your organization to be used at the Stand Down, that will be held at the National Guard Armory at Cliff St.  Ansonia, Connecticut.
